Today Caitlin of Healthy Tipping Point is celebrating her Operation Beautiful book release - how exciting! The Operation Beautiful movement is Caitlin's brainchild, so I will let her tell you about it. Check it out here. I don’t know Caitlin personally but I am an avid follower of her Healthy Tipping Point blog and I have learned so much from it. That, of course, is how I learned about the Operation Beautiful movement and if a reader meet-up ever comes my way I will be there. I have a lot of respect for Caitlin and I love to see people succeed. In honor of Caitlin’s exciting day, I wrote my first OB note and posted it on Facebook for all my friends. I know theoretically I need to leave them somewhere public and random, and I will, but for today I reached out to my girls across this hemisphere.
